Patricia Gonzalez

RPC-Provisional

Patricia has come to know something about grief that shapes everything about how she works - grief often unearths the process of self-discovery. She brings a warmth and genuine curiosity that allows her to step fully into someone else's experience without needing it to look a particular way. If you are carrying not just loss but the quiet identity shift that comes in its wake, Patricia meets that complexity with care and without assumption.

Patricia works with individuals navigating grief and loss, trauma, anxiety, depression, infertility, ADHD, and the layered experience of building a life across cultures and languages. Many of her clients arrive at a particular kind of stuck - not in crisis, but unable to locate the life they actually want underneath everything they have been carrying. Her work is holistic and goal-oriented, holding space for both emotional depth and forward movement. For couples, she brings this same lens to the relational space - supporting partners in finding each other again when loss, overwhelm, and the weight of daily life have quietly created distance.

Patricia integrates CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, and Neurolinguistic Programming (NLP) - approaches that work together to surface what has been quietly limiting a client, challenge the narratives that no longer serve them, and build genuine momentum toward a life that feels aligned. Before training as a counsellor, Patricia practiced law - an experience that sharpened her attunement to complexity, precision, and the particular pressures of high-stakes professional life, including burnout and the weight of careers that leave little room for grief.

Patricia offers grief therapy in Spanish and English and is currently welcoming new individual and couples clients. Book a complimentary consultation to connect.
